TWICE(트와이스)，为JYP Entertainment于2015年10月20日推出的女子演唱组合，由林娜琏、俞定延、平井桃(Momo)、凑崎纱夏(Sana)、朴志效、名井南(Mina)、金多贤、孙彩瑛、周子瑜9名成员组成。团名“TWICE”由朴朴振英取名，寓意“观众的眼睛和耳朵能获得双倍的感动”，问候语为“One in a Million”，意味着要成为万千偶像团体中唯一一支。TWICE除了会继承JYP娱乐旗下女子团体的风格，还会增加嘻哈元素及野性奔放的感觉。TWICE的官方粉丝名称为“ONCE”。 2015年10月20日以首张迷你专辑《THE STORY BEGINS》正式出道。2016年4月25日，发布第二张迷你专辑《PAGE TWO》，主打曲发布后在MelOn、Mnet、Naver Music等8个音源网站的排行榜上获得第一名；10月24日发行第三张迷你专辑《TWICEcoaster : LANE 1》。2017年2月20日，发行特别专辑《TWICEcoaster : LANE 2》；5月15日，TWICE发行第四张迷你专辑《Signal》。 Twice is a South Korean musical band formed by JYP Entertainment, the band consist of nine girls namely Jeongyeon, Nayeon, Sana, Jihyo, Momo, Dahyun, Mina, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung. Twice group debuted with its first extended play (EP) The Story Begins in October, 2015. Soon in 2016, Twice rose to fame with the release of their single Cheer Up, which was a huge success and was also ranked number 1 on the Gaon Digital Chart and was recognized as the best-performing single of the year. Not only this, it also won "Song of the Year" at music awards shows—Melon Music Awards and Mnet Asian Music Awards. From their third EP, Twice single, "TT" reached the top spot for four consecutive weeks and was the highest selling group album of 2016. In 2018, Twice was recognized with their third consecutive Song of the Year award at Mnet Asian Music Awards with "What Is Love?" from their fifth extended play of the same name, making them the first group to win the award for three consecutive years.
