丁晓雯，出生于1963年10月2日，毕业于台湾辅仁大学，中国华语音乐人，中华音乐人著作协会（MUST）理事长。 曾经出过专辑。参与了校园民歌的推广。现在主要从事歌词创作与歌曲制作。词作简约而纯朴，主要有王杰、叶欢的《你是我胸口永远的痛》、林忆莲的《爱上一个不回家的人》、周传雄的《我的心太乱》、郑秀文的《值得》、张学友的《祝福》等。小虎队的第一首歌曲--《青苹果乐园》也是丁晓雯的作词。
