9 Followers2010年在niconico出道。4円以他干净的嗓音及随和的性格在niconico上大受欢迎，至2013年为止，就已经发布了近10个视频。 2013年，收录8首歌曲的首张专辑《for》问世。其中翻唱歌曲《アイロニ》广受好评，这也成为了他之后来中国活动的契机。在这之后，2017年他再次展开活动，在bilibili及微博上开展直播，投稿等活动，从而也获得了一大波的中国粉丝。 2018年，在上海的首个个人演唱会已经开票就立刻售罄，取得了巨大的成功。随后，4円也在日本，中国展开了一系列的巡演活动。于此同时，他也在2019年，发表了翻唱EP《side-c》，在2023年发表了第二张专辑《yolu》。
