384 Followers陈苇璇（英语：Kira Chan Wai Suen，1995年11月10日－），原名陈嘉茵，香港女歌手，2015年加入女子歌唱组合As One，2017年As One解散后，开始以跳唱歌手身分作独立发展，以《告白气球》的编舞广为人知。她精通多种舞蹈，亦参加超过40个唱歌比赛，2018年推出第一首独唱派台歌曲《大肆庆祝》。她于2020年参与《全民造星III》，取得亚军。2022年4月随MakerVille成立而转为ViuTV部头合约艺人，并正式加盟环球唱片成为旗下歌手。
