Labanoon

Labanoon - Popular 90s Thai Band Formed 18 years ago in 1998, Labanoon is one of the most renowned bands of the late 1990s. The band split up in 2006 and reunited after an eight-years in 2014. Till now, the band has released seven albums Fresh milk (1998), 191 (1999), Sweetened condensed milk: The Very Best of Labanoon (2015), The Black Man (2002), Clear (2003), Siam Center (2005), 24 hours (2006), Keep Rocking (2012), and NEWS (2016) Band’s name is derived from Arabic which means fresh milk and has incorporated just 3 musical instruments in their band viz. drum, bass, and guitar. The lead singer of the group is Methee Arun, who is also the guitarist and vocalist, Anan Saman plays bass and occasionally sings and Natthanon Srisaranon plays the drum. Songs & Albums that Bagged Awards The band comprises of four members namely, Metee Arun, Anan Saman, Somporn Yuso, and Nathanon Thongoon. In 2014, Labanoon signed with a new label – Genie Records and was recognized with the Single Hit of the Year Award at The Guitar Mag Awards 2016 for their third single, “Chueak Wiset”. Since its release, the hit “Chueak Wiset” has certainly been loved and enjoyed amongst masses and got a huge number of views on social media as well, that was even more than their second single, “Palang Ngarn Jon”. In 2017, Labanoon was recognized with the Popular Artists of the Year Award from JOOX Thailand Music awards. Some of their famous hits are Lost (2015), Magic Rope (2015), I would, Heart, in the middle of the city (2016), Energy Until, Guard and many more.
