7 Followers贾凡，笔名一凡。中国作协会员，中国音著协会员。曾出版五部文学著作。其中与人合作的大型纪实文学《苦太阳》，荣获“敦煌文艺奖”和“黄河文艺奖”等大奖。最近两年开始谱写歌曲。至今已谱曲过200首，并且在网上发行，正在广泛传播。2018年被评选为甘肃省十佳词曲作者之一；歌曲《洮河清水到我家》荣获北京“公卿杯”2019年度歌曲大奖赛作曲等多项金奖；歌曲《月夜乡思》和《为谁醉》分别荣获全国性歌曲创作大赛2019年度“神州歌海”金奖和银奖。
