李民雄，教授。浙江嵊县仙岩乡人，1990年，《夜深沉》获香港十款最佳销售奖，《鼓》获香港最佳中乐大奖。为民族音乐理论家、鼓演奏家、作曲家、音乐教育家、硕士研究生导师。有《传统民族器乐曲欣赏》、《民族器乐知识广播讲座》、《中国民族音乐大系·民族器乐》、《民族器乐概论》、《中国打击乐》、《青少年学民族打击乐》等。主编有《中国民族民间器乐曲集成·上海卷》、《中国打击乐器图鉴》。
