冯洁，著名女高音歌唱家，中国军事文化研究会影视中心音乐总监，中国军事文化研究影视艺术中心公益形象大使，天津音乐家协会会员，毕业于中国人民解方军艺术学院音乐系，师从与章荷生教授，天津公安蓝盾艺术团任独唱演员。曾在南京军区前线歌舞团任独唱演员，总政军乐团任独唱演员。
