30 Followers英国作曲家、钢琴家。从师弗兰克·布里奇。1939～1942年旅居美国。回国后创立英国歌剧团(1947)和奥尔德堡音乐节(1948)。一生为其挚友男高音歌唱家彼得·皮尔斯写过不少作品和歌剧。主要作品有：歌剧《彼得格里姆斯》(1945)、《比利·巴德》(1957)和《威尼斯惨剧》(1973)，器乐作品《布里奇主题变奏曲》(1937)、《青年人的乐队指南》(1949)和《大提琴交响曲》(1964)，合唱作品《春天交响曲》(1949)和《战争安魂曲》(1962)。此外，还作有大量室内乐。
