45 Followers自幼热爱音乐，从小学习小提琴。中学到澳洲留学，后来就读于悉尼戏剧学院，修读表演艺术（演技），拥有丰富演出经验，如：在《Punch and Judy》饰 Punch、在《Mad Forest》饰 Ianos、及在《The Caucasian Chalk Circle》饰 Mikeal 等。 毕业后回流香港，参演《全民造星3》，节目结束后与公司签约，于 2022 年 6 月 16 日以唱作人身分凭借专辑《Accrue》正式出道，同年 10 月 27 日推出单曲《永夜漂流》、也参与了制作最新单曲《Let's Never...》 除了歌唱之外，泰伦斯Terence 将会多加创作，参与作曲填词，以锻炼自己的音乐才能 ，为大家带来更高水平的作品及演出。
