2002年与郑希怡 (Yumiko)、刘思惠 (Maggie) 组成3T并推出唱片《少女蝶》出道，至与李逸朗合组情侣档推出唱片《双对论》和《冬之恋人》，2007年蒋雅文 (Mandy)终于发行首张个人粤语大碟《Other Half》。 Mandy 的2007年全新专辑《Other Half》收录了三首MV和六首情歌，包括《盲目》、《白日梦》、《失散》、《复仇记》和《一个人旅行》。《盲目》描述恋人对于爱情的执着，对情人爱得顽强。蒋雅文最喜欢的动物是猫、狗和兔，在拍摄《白日梦》MV时也携带宠物Mo仔参与演出。
