Tim De Cotta releases his sophomore album “Heart Matter” which captures themes of love and matters of the heart, while soaked in a world of soul and RnB music. 

From his dance single "Lying Eyes", which makes you groove to a darker theme of infidelity in a relationship, to the swaying and delicate "When I Met You" feat. Ghetti, painting memory of meeting a love that lasts, “Heart Matter” is first and foremostly a love journey, but also explores many of Tim’s soul, RnB and hip-hop influences in instrumentation.

"Catch and Release”, reminiscent of Juicy Fruit by Mtume, sampled to fame by the late Notorious B.I.G., highlights the limbo a lover drowns in while in the midst of a quarrel, weighing how his or her courtship-dance should adjust; away or toward the subject of their disdained love. 

"Not My Style" feat. Mickeyleano talks about dating in a changed world, after lockdowns and mortality-checks, and adjusting to its uncharted limits and stresses.
