《我最想》为苏慧恩Ophelia 2020 推出的作品，歌曲记载了苏慧恩Ophelia 人生的一个爱情经历，歌曲名为《我很想》是描述了Ophelia 在该段爱情的「妄想」，妄想另一半会为自己改变，妄想另一半会珍惜自己，但可惜却事与愿违，最后在多番沉溺才获得解脱，此曲歌词的最后一句——「不可再爱时最好通通粉碎」为Ophelia 恋爱的座右铭，表达不要对爱情过于执着，当发现另一半不值得自己再爱下去时，最好斩钉截铁的离开，不要纠缠，否则最终受罪的是自己。

苏慧恩Ophelia 以此曲劝说大家不要盲目追求爱情，曾经沈淀于爱情的Ophelia 发现另一半有外遇，但她选择不拆穿并装作不知，更特意待另一半更好，盼望另一半回心转意。当时更患上情绪病，引发了失眠，脱发及身体消瘦等问题，直到一天她突然发现眼前这个坏男人是不会为自己改变，最后决定忍痛退出这段爱情。
