第二波自作自受主打「没事」「没事」找来了知名作家大A填词，「一直说着『我没事』的人，就是出了事的人。」是这首歌的故事。大A说：「我时常会想，过得不好的人会说『我没事』的原因。那应该不只是好强，而是一种温柔。不想要朋友不放心自己，也不想要朋友怪罪自己爱过的人。也是在告诉对方，我对你的好有始有终。」由于温岚之前专辑的慢歌多半都是比较悲苦的风格，制作人周志豪找来了新世代音乐人剃刀蒋编曲，将这首歌编成一首可以跳舞、有节奏的R&B慢歌，让这首「没事」的词曲风格都呈现一种更坚强、释然的心情，也是用一种自嘲的方式去面对原本应该很揪心的沉痛。
