由冯颖琪及周耀辉发起的社企计划《一个人一首歌》中，大西羊战队（梁子、大头、许采蔚、容兆霆、张晋瑛）在中环的一间餐厅中，认识到当侍应的马先生。 马先生七十多岁，却有着一股年轻的冲劲，谈吐举止也相当年青。马先生退休后自觉不愿停下，便跑去餐厅打工。 他分享到自己一直是个努力工作，更不断享乐的人，说到年轻时如何每天下班后去饮酒、食海鲜、去派对，甚至在派对中认识太太。 及至退休后，仍会到兰桂坊享乐，认识年青人和现今社会，不让自己脱节，这大概是他的年青秘诀。 大西羊战队希望记录这位充满活力的马先生的故事，便借他的行乐场景，化成电子歌曲，散播马先生的黄昏浪漫和不老秘方。 「不休为谢绝老化给枯树都开满花」
