"AOIMORI IV -music for TSUTAYA BOOKS -"

A music project for TSUTAYA BOOKS by haruka nakamura, created around the theme of "blue forest - AOIMORI". The fourth and final installment is acoustic ambient music with a nostalgic guitar sound as the main focus. The final installment returns to the guitar, which is the starting point, and creates a new landscape. The cover photo is by photographer Rinko Kawauchi, who is a close friend of the artist and was responsible for all of the series.

Musician haruka nakamura will be in charge of the in-store music for several TSUTAYA BOOKS nationwide for one year from 2023 to 2024. All of the songs are original songs written for the TSUTAYA BOOKS  project. Based on the concept of a bookstore that sells books and the theme of "forests," which are also the home of musical instruments such as pianos and guitars, a total of four albums titled "Blue Forest - AOIMORI ," which is connected to nakamura's hometown of Aomori, will be produced during the period until autumn 2024.

The final album was recorded on her father's acoustic guitar, which she has been playing since her teens, and a gut guitar given to her by  Nujabes and the hydeout label when she produced her album "MELODICA." The new music, which blends in the synthesizer introduced in the Aoi Mori series, is reminiscent of her early works "grace" and "nica," a nostalgic sound from before she started playing the piano seriously.
As expressed in the cover photo of this album by Rinko Kawauchi, it is an album filled with hope and happiness, befitting a final album, as if she had reached a sunny garden.
The unified conceptual design of the Aoi Mori series makes it available as a beautifully bound CD album that you will want to display in your room.

A collection of original soundtracks created by haruka nakamura for the NHK Saturday drama "Hikikomori Sensei Season 2". The album was released in two parts: an album containing 14 piano-based songs and an album containing 3 string arrangement songs. This is an album whose main theme is piano.

Born in Aomori/Musician. She moved to Tokyo at the age of 15 to pursue music. Her masterpiece is "Still Life".
She collaborates with THE NORTH FACE on the "Light years" series. Her latest work is Tsutaya Shoten's music ``Aoi Mori'', which is currently being distributed nationwide mainly at Daikanyama Tsutaya Shoten. In recent years, she has been in charge of the theme music for the Michio Hoshino Photo Exhibition Concert ``Traveling Music'' and the NHK Special for the ``Gaudi and Sagrada Familia Exhibition'' at the National Museum of Modern Art. She has performed in a wide range of fields, including video music and live performances from the minäperhonen collection, and collaboration live performances with photographer Rinko Kawauchi, chef Ai Hosokawa, Machiko Miroko, and others. She has been in charge of various music, including documentaries such as the NHK Saturday drama "Hikikomori Sensei" and Tadao Ando, Hiroshi Sugimoto.
For a long time, she continued to make her music while traveling, but since 2021 she has been living and making music in her hometown of northern Japan.
