인도의 권위있는 시상식 Iconic Golden Awards와 G2H Awards 그리고 매년 두바이에서 성대하게 열리고 있는 2024 Filmfare ME social Nite Awards에서 ‘International Artist of the Year’로 선정되며 트로피를 거머쥔 아우라(AOORA)는 올해 인도 최대기업인 ITC의 Bingo 최초 동아시아 모델로 발탁되고 인도 동북부 최대 주 Assam의 아티스트 ‘Nilotpal’과 함께한 싱글 ‘Oi Nasoni’를 통해 언어를 초월한 K-POP 스타로 인도에서 많은 사랑을 받고 있다.

이번 신곡 [Thi Thi Thara (Kuttanadan Dreams)]는 인도 남부 케랄라 주의 Folk Song을 프로듀서 ‘FRIDAYYY’와 함께 여름 느낌 물씬 나는 댄스팝으로 재탄생 시킨 곡으로, 아우라(AOORA)의 청량한 음색과 발리우드와 톨리우드 등을 대표하는 아티스트 ‘Sireesha Bhagavatula’의 깊은 음색이 어우러져 곡의 매력을 극대화 한다. 특히 JTBC 슈퍼밴드에서 활약하며 음악 팬들에게 각인된 ‘멜로우 키친’의 후렴구에서 이어지는 화려한 색소폰 연주는 인도를 넘어 글로벌 음악 팬들의 귀를 설레게 할 것이다.

인도의 클래시컬 무용 카타칼리(Kathakali) 댄서들이 함께한 뮤직비디오는 ‘신들의 땅(God’s own country)’이라고 불리는 케랄라 올로케이션으로 촬영되어 아름다운 자연에 매료된 아우라(AOORA)의 비쥬얼과 맞물려 이번 여름을 설레게 할 것이다.
