Oceans Of You

I LOVE everything about the Kingdom Hearts series. The art, story, gameplay and music have been hugely inspiration for me. In the agonizingly long 14 year wait for the 3rd installment, I decided to do a tribute to its music with this cover of its theme song by Utada Hikaru "Chikai".


我喜欢王国之心系列的一切，
艺术，故事，游戏和音乐为我带来了巨大的灵感。

CHIKAI

I wrote “Oceans of You” when my Granny just passed away.  She’s from the UK and she was always my favorite person in the world.  We were very close and I feel her influence very strong in everything I do every day.  When I went into the studio that day this song was ready to come out.  Its about how even though she’s not here anymore, she lives very strongly within me and everyone she touched.  
当我的奶奶刚去世时，我写了“你的海洋”。她来自英国，她一直是我最喜欢的人。我们非常亲密，我觉得她每天所做的一切都很有影响力。当那天我进入录音室时，这首歌已经在我心里成熟了。它讲述了即使她不在这里，她也非常强烈地活在我和她所感动的每个人的心中。
