记录回忆，爱的进行，是无法抹灭，深刻心头的印记。爱的所有答案，无需剪裁，恰在淑桦的歌声里。 1995年年底发行的《生生世世》是一张充满着怀旧色彩的专辑。第一主打曲《当真就好》由陈淑桦和张国荣联袂演出，二人的嗓音和唱腔可谓珠联璧合，将这一缠绵悱恻却又荡气回肠的爱情主题演绎的感人至深。可谓陈淑桦演唱生涯中最为成功也最耐人寻味的合唱曲目，作为当时风靡华人世界的电影《风月》的主题曲更是恰如其分。第二首《生生世世》则为《今生今世》的主题曲，也算得上陈淑桦后期颇值得一听的曲目，旋律自然流畅，意境超凡脱俗。两首曲目均由当时炙手可热的年轻制作人小虫跨刀创作，George Leong优秀的编曲功底更为曲目频添了许多亮点。专辑中的其他曲目则多为陈淑桦翻唱自己以前的旧作，更为优秀的唱功以及对曲目深意的深入理解，都让这些"老酒"散发出新的韵味，令人们无法抗拒！
