Story of My Life (Explicit)

I'm a son, I'm a king I'ma best friend

Might fuck up but I learn from my lessons

Showed my mom how to change her perspective

Close my eyes, had a dream, manifest it

PHL by Jersey hit the run way

One way to LAX I left on Thursday

Gotta make the service every Sunday

Called Red Lobster and I told my job

My path ain't in no 9-5

I made a plan and talked to God

He said there pages left to write

This is the story of my life

Some chapters I thought I might die

Had my heart broke a couple times

I don't complain cause I survived

This just the story of my life

I'm a mess, I'm a wreck, I confess it

Fell in love, opened doors made some ex-it's

Kinda hard but I'm over invested

Played my cards, showed my heart, gain the leverage

My dad asked when I stop the music

And settle down cause that life's too confusing

I told trust me I know what I'm doing

I'm sorry dad I can't work no job

My path can't be no 9-5

I made a plan and talked to God

He said it's pages left to write

This is the story of my life

Some chapters I thought I might die

Had my heart broke a couple times

I don't complain cause I survived

This just the story of my life

Wrote a song, got hit off a mistake

I met Ye he took me to the big stage

Hit Pharrell got the feature for the mixtape

On my app only time that I get played
