running too fast in the past

just kept me tripping over

not afraid to try again

but got trapped in the same old patterns

so I bring awareness with a few spells

accompany with mindfulness

driving into the dark

running away from what caused me pain

looking for better days

but the shadows just keep chasing me

there’re so many doors

in the maze I create

believing some day

I could pioneer my way

turn emotions into motion,

like a raindrop in the ocean

light your passion till explosions

with selfless devotion

in the palm you hold infinity

see a flower can be heavenly

all the long lost memories

now live in the melodies

be the director of our own lives,

consumer of our own lies

greatest painter of our own sky

only one of our own kind

keep trying,
