8 粉絲Artists Stand Up To Cancer是一個為抗癌公益活動組建的全明星慈善超級團體。2008 年，為了 “Stand Up to Cancer” 全球募捐大會，著名製作人 Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds 和 Antonio “L.A.” Reid 召集了當時歐美樂壇最為走紅的 15 位女歌手共同錄製了公益歌曲《Just Stand Up》，並以 “Artists Stand Up To Cancer” 的名義進行宣傳和演出。
