Hazel Faith

Hazel Faith Dela Cruz (A.K.A. Hazel Faith) is most widely known as the winner of Glee Off to Hollywood! She is also a singer, songwriter, a Mapuan, and an advocate of cancer awareness and youth empowerment through good morals.   This is an official fanpage for the Faithfully (HF fans) who support her, her advocacy, and would like to get to know her better.   Here are a few words from HF herself: "Thank you to everyone for willingly supporting me and my works.
