iLLogic

The project iLLogic is from Northeast China and the artist is a scoring composer, Xianjing-based label liaison, and knob twister in the group manchufeierzi. Classical music is the backbone of his project but synthesizer is a recent focus.  Gentle and lingering genres are fused to underline rich emotions in his live sets. His work shows the listener how he sees the world through his music, and re-explains the multiple possibilities of music uniquely. He has participated in the soundtrack production of many films and documentary projects such as Once Upon a Bite, and The Wandering Earth. Meanwhile, he made sound designs for installations & video art and has participated in the soundtrack production of artist Wang Tuo's Northeast Quartet (2018), UCCA New Year's Eve Art Festival (2020), Beijing 798 Gallery Week (2019), Aranya New Year's Eve Art Festival (2020), and South by Southwest Digital Art Exhibition (2023). He is now a member of Guangzhou Nanfei Bar and the indie DIY crew Jaba-Jaba. 來自東北的草原男孩/穆斯林\影視配樂成手/xianjing廠牌聯絡員\manchufeierzi旋鈕擰手。古典樂是支柱，合成器是手腕，生活是呈現。受主要工作方式的影響，多種温柔延綿的風格都會雜糅在他的現場中，其中的音樂創作具有豐富的情緒承載，試圖將自己對世界的理解進行經驗化的描繪，以其獨特的方式重新闡述音樂的多重可能性。 曾參與《風味人間》、《流浪地球》等多部電影/紀錄片項目的配樂製作；同時為裝置\影像進行聲音製作，參與藝術家王拓的“東北四部曲”配樂製作（2018）、UCCA跨年藝術節（2020）、北京798畫廊周（2019）、阿那亞跨年藝術節（2020）、“灣區偏南”數字藝術展（2023）。現在是廣州南非酒吧和JABA的一員。
