Cinerama

成立於1985年的英國獨立搖滾樂隊the Wedding Present在1997年解散後，樂隊核心人物David Gedge重新組建indie-pop樂隊Cinerama。除了由Gedge和Sally Murrell組成的男女二重唱以外，樂隊的其他陣容也令人側目，包括已解散的Goya Dress成員Terry de Castro和Simon Pearson、前Weddoes吉他手Simon Cleave、以及不得不提及的客座藝人the Church樂隊的Marty Wilson-Piper和the Delgados樂隊的Emma Pollock等等。 早在the Wedding Present時期，英國電臺教父John Peel就對David Gedge的樂隊青睞有加。而Cinerama則同樣受到John Peel的大力推崇。“This is Cinerama”、“Disco Volante”等專輯都是John Peel在BBC所製作節目中的常客。
