Impostor Nostalgia is the debut album by video game music composer Big Giant Circles. An evolved form of traditional chiptune music, this album incorporates varying degrees of chiptune elements to every song resulting in a retro, soundtrack like experience of games that never actually existed. Not only is the music is saturated in the flavors of not only many classic game soundtracks you know and love, but it bears the more modern edge of electronic music to tie it all together. And most importantly of all, it's fun :] Featuring: *20 retro-inspired, chiptune-flavored tracks *Over 75 minutes of playtime *Features 11 amazing guest appearances from the indie scene and otherwise: -Souleye (VVVVVV, Extreme Road Trip) -C418 (Minecraft) -Surasshu (Tree of Knowledge) -Josh Whelchel (The Spirit Engine 2, Scrolls) -zircon (Return All Robots, Soul Calibur V) -Disasterpeace (FEZ) (Cat Astro Phi) -flashygoodness (Tower of Heaven, Super Smash Land) -Pongball (Bloom Defender) -Chris Geehan of Hyperduck (Dust: An Elysian Tail) -Mick Gordon (Need for Speed) -Alex Brandon (Deus Ex, Unreal Tournament) Reaching #1 on the best selling albums the day of it's initial release on Bandcamp.com, here's some of what the internet has had to say about Impostor Nostalgia: OriginalSoundVersion.com - “We’ve given the album a listen, and immediately fell in love…” ThaSauce.net - “album of epic proportions… worth every penny!” GameMusic4All.com - “This album has been long in the making, and it certainly shows in the quality of the work.” NerdAppropriate.com - “Did we mention the album is pretty damn incredible? … You will not be disappointed.” WingDamage.com - “Seriously.
