Fight Club這個項目並不是從一個清晰的概念開始的。這個名字最初只是因為我--Jarvel被那部電影裏那種反秩序的快感吸引，但你真正聽到的，並沒有即得的共鳴、完整的敍事，而是我最本能的音樂追求——音色、節奏、飽滿感、矛盾感，以及那些無論做甚麼音樂都不會放棄的審美趨向。
就像我直到今天的人生，總是難以自圓其説，卻還得不斷往下過，解決很多問題，也留下很多問題。
也許我真正想分享的，正是我近10年的人生所處的這種狀態：一邊渴望被理解、被認可，一邊又始終無法把自己安放進一個明確的答案裏。
The project called Fight Club by Jarvel did not begin with a clear concept. It first came from my attraction to the thrill of anti-order energy in the film with the same name, but what you actually hear is not something built around easy resonance or a complete narrative. It is a direct expression of my most instinctive musical pursuits—texture, rhythm, fullness, contradiction, and the aesthetic tendencies I would never give up no matter what kind of music I make.
It feels a lot like the life I have lived up to now: something I can never fully explain, yet still have to keep moving through—solving many problems, while leaving many others behind.
Maybe what I really want to share is simply the state I have been in through these 10 years of my life: wanting to be understood and recognized, while never quite being able to place myself inside a clear answer.
