SPLAHH

Splashh is a four piece psychedelic rock band formed in Hackney, East London. The band consists of former Colours and Coshercot Honeys/Brain Slaves frontman and guitarist [1] Sasha Carlson, former Checks drummer[2] Jacob Moore and former INTL members,[3] guitarist/synth player Toto Vivian and bassist Thomas Beale. Although formed and based in London, Carlson and Moore are from New Zealand, Vivian from Australia and Beal from Telford, England. They cite Pixies, New Order, The Velvet Underground and Deerhunter as influences. The band have received critical acclaim from NME,[4][5] The Guardian[6] The Fly[7] and BBC 6music. Splashh signed to Luv Luv Luv[8] records in 2012 and have released three 7" singles "Need It", "Vacation" and "All I Wanna Do" in the U.K. The band released its debut studio album Comfort in the U.S. on June 4, 2013, and was released in the U.K. on September 2, 2013 via Luv Luv Luv Records.
