Water School
by Matt Collar Formed in 2003, the Baltimore, MD, ensemble Water School make melodic rock in the tradition of Big Star and Neil Young. Based around the songwriting team of vocalist/guitarist Chris Myers and vocalist/guitarist Mike Gittings, the four-piece also features bassist Eric Hopkins and drummer Matt Scoggins. The band released its debut album, Break Up With Water School, in 2004.
