畫室 The WLTZ

畫室 The WLTZ 於2024組成，由前熱寫生樂團主唱曾立的個人企劃所延伸。在發行首張EP I Am Home Now後，陸續集結了貝斯手蔡瑀晟、吉他手高旭佑和鼓手陸大爆，成為一組全樂團編制的四人小隊，目前亦正緊鑼密鼓地製作首張完整的全長版專輯。雖有着非常年輕的團齡，但樂手們分別都在音樂創作的路上耕耘許久，有不少的演出與得獎經歷。當四個人聚頭時的碰撞，產生了不小的化學效應，彼此的養分讓樂團長出一個温暖的形狀。 畫室 The WLTZ 的音樂以 indie rock/indie folk 為骨幹，並帶有相對grrovy的節奏色彩和貝斯聲線。樂團也相當重視唱作的編排與歌詞的展現，常常在歌曲進行到意想不到的段落之中，呈現出令人沈迷與咀嚼的歌詞意象和多部合聲。樂團的創作從生活經驗中擷取了很多的靈感，用温柔的語調唱出可以與聽者同頻的聲音。 The WLTZ was formed in 2024, originally as a personal project by Tseng Lee Yu, the former lead vocalist of Hot Life Drawing. After releasing their first EP I Am Home Now, the band gradually expanded to include bassist TSAI YU-CHENG, guitarist KAO-HSU YU, and drummer Bigboomluk, forming a full-band quartet. They are currently working on their debut full-length album. Despite their relatively young band age, the members have each been active in music creation for years, with plenty of performances and awards under their belts. When the four of them come together, their musical chemistry creates a significant impact, and the exchange of influences gives the band a warm shape. The WLTZ's music is rooted in indie rock and indie folk, with groovy rhythms and bass lines. The band also pays great attention to the arrangement of their songwriting and the expression of their lyrics, often leading the listener into unexpected musical passages filled with captivating and thought-provoking lyrical imagery and multi-layered harmonies. The band's creative process draws inspiration from life experiences, and they sing with a gentle tone that resonates with listeners, offering a sound that can sync with their emotions.
