19 Followers暗杠（Joe），2月4日出生于广东省梅州市，中国内地民谣男歌手、独立音乐人。 2013年，发布首张个人实体专辑《友爱》；同年，发布第2张个人实体专辑《唱谣》。2016年，推出第3张个人音乐专辑《一念》，收录了《童话镇》等在内的10首歌曲；10月，举办“走歌人”全国巡演。2017年，与****合唱的单曲《阿婆说》上线；同年，为冯提莫创作并担任制作人的单曲《识食物者为俊杰》上线。2018年，推出第5张个人音乐专辑《寥寥》。2019年，其演唱的歌曲《说书人》获得硬地围炉夜·2018年度网易云音乐原创盛典十大歌曲奖。2020年，发布个人原创单曲《樱花旅馆》；11月28日，开启“走歌人20”全国巡演。 2023年1月24日，参加“奋进新征程——2023中国网络视听年度盛典”；8月3日，推出第8张个人音乐专辑《月亮》。
